Audit Question Response

In response to a question concerning my documentation for the two previous postings, I would like to offer the following. You will have to go to City Hall and ask to inspect the 2005 audit.

For the Auditor's comments on the co-mingling of federal monies and the capitalization of the sewage treatment plant look at the short letter to the Audit Committee.
